    Sodium (480mg) – The most abundant electrolyte lost in sweat, sodium needs to be replaced during endurance exercise to prevent hyponatremia.

    Potassium (300mg) – Potassium is the primary electrolyte found inside cells. Working together with Sodium, the primary electrolyte found outside of cells, potassium speeds cellular rehydration during and after sweating.

    Yes, this is perfectly normal but if you want them to dissolve 100% follow these steps:

    1. Add 1-2 ElectroElite tabs to your bottle.
    2. Add 4-6 ounces of hot water and swirl gently.

    Just Great

    It was just great could have been awesome though. Here is what was missing to greatness a. took long time for tablets to dissolve and b. cotton in a container was stuck to tablets and was hard to them off. But not really complaining would def buy it again.

    A simple little cake that I’ve added multiple times a week to my water intake! Always have them on hand no matter what I’m doing! I feel they work wonders!

    Good tasting energy in a small tablet

    Use these tablets during my bike rides. Not too sweet, and gives me energy to go the distance. At age 57, I'm not out to break any records, but drinking water with ElectoElites makes me feel young again!

    These little tablets pack a powerful combo to keep you hydrated and make you feel great. I use these in the week leading up to a race to ensure I have all I need while super hydrating. I'll also mix these in with my SustainElite while fueling for long runs or races. The flavor is light and easily mixed with plain water or other products. Hell, they even make you feel better if you've had a little to many drinks the night before. Works for me!

    Staying Strong!

    I use these when I am running for more than 4 miles. They keep my energy stores going while I am out there. And they dissolve quickly in water (mixed with some SustainElite :) ) when you are out there in warm weather sooooooo these are perfect. And they are relatively cheaper than the other products I use (proportionately speaking).
