      L-Taurine This amino acid has numerous functions including oxidative stress, blood flow and angiogenesis, and insulin sensitivity which ultimately culminate in improved endurance performance.

      Sustamine - Sustamine works by affecting intracellular potassium levels and pH balance to promote hydration.

      Sodium  – The most abundant electrolyte lost in sweat, sodium needs to be replaced during endurance exercise to prevent hyponatremia.

        Hooked after the first scoop!!!

        The taste is so good!!! I'm a heavy, salty sweater, and I get cramps from loss of electrolytes a lot sooner in races and runs than most runners do. I've been looking for a hydration mix and I'm glad Endurelite has it! It's an addition to my Performelite preworkout and Endurelite protein. After my first workout out with it, I know that I will keep buying this hydration mix. Thank you!
