My products were not delivered
I had used PerformElite (with caffeine), but wanted to take a caffeine break. When I first tried the caf-free version I thought “no way this will give me a boost”. But wow, it did, both mentally and physically! I keep both versions on hand and take it for long cycling rides, indoor cardio training or go for walks.
I've never received my products and neither any response of my contact attempts.
I received my product of 20 servings when the 'About' section of the product on the site clearly states 25 servings. So, I'm missing 1/4 of the advertised servings. Very misleading. Customer service never responded to my question about the serving size discrepancy when submitted through the 'Ask a question' button on this site. Neither did they ever respond to the email I sent with screenshots showing the difference between serving size on received product and serving size advertised online. Very disappointed from a brand that Mark Glazier (@themarkglazier) puts his name behind. I expect more from Sheila Sue (@sheila_sue) as well.
I have been using Perform Elite as my pre-workout / intra-workout for several years now and it has never disappointed me. I bought so much on a sale way back when that I finally ran out recently and got a jar of the new formula. I can say that it works just as well as before and potentially tastes just a touch better too (Fast Fruit Burst). This really keeps me refreshed and going when I am crushing it in the gym and after a long run when I get back to the car.
